From the updated hatchback at entry level and electric vehicles to refreshed middle -sized SUVs and luxury models, the Indian Automotive Market has seen a wide range of new offers. Here is a detailed look at all the most important cars launched in March 2025: 1 Tata Tiago NRG Tata Motors refreshed its Tiago series with the launch of the updated 2025 Tiago NRG. This version is positioned as the more robust brother of the standard Tiago hatchback, aimed at buyers who want a SUV-inspired design in a compact footprint. On the outside, the Tiago NRG receives cosmetic improvements such as thick body clothing, redesigned front and rear buffers with prominent sliding plates, roof rails and an darkened rear clapping panel with NRG badges. These style adjustments help the car to stand out of the standard Tiago. Inside the cabin, the Tiago NRG now comes with a whole black interior theme for a sportsman appeal. The feature list remains known and contains a 10.25-inch touch screen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a digital instrument group, automatic headlights and electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs. Mechanically, there are no changes. It is still powered by an 85p, 1.2-liter, three-cylinder petrol engine, accompanied by a 5-speed manual transmission or an AMT gearbox. A CNG option equipped is also available to those looking for better management costs. The Tiago NRG was priced from £ 7.20 lakh to £ 8.75 lakh (ex-showroom). 2 mg Comet EV MG Motor India updated its smallest electrical offer, the Comet EV, with additional features for the 2025 model year. While the outdoor and mechanical components remain unchanged, several finishes now provide improved equipment. The mid-level revelation variant now comes with a rear parking camera and electrically foldable ORVMs features that improve the ease for city management. The exclusive variant of the top species receives a more premium feeling with leather from Leatherette Seat and a 4-Luidpers sound system. The Comet EV still uses a 17.3 kWh lithium-ion battery, accompanied by an electric motor of 41 hp livering 110 Nm of torque. MG claims a row range of up to 230 km at a single cost, making it ideal for daily urban commuting. For more affordability, MG also offers a battery subscription plan that significantly reduces the preceding cost of the vehicle. The 2025 Comet EV starts at £ 7 lakh and rises to £ 9.81 lakh (ex-showroom), while if you subscribe to the battery, the car will cost you £ 5 Lakh at £ 7.80 lakh (ex-showroom). 3 Skoda Kushaq and Slavia Skoda introduced subtle but significant updates to its middle -sized SUV, the Kushaq and its premium sedan, the slavia. These updates focus on improving the value proposition of the base and mid-level variants. There are no visual changes to the outside or cabin layout, but new functions such as linked car technology, alloy wheels and sunroofs have been added to the lower finishes. The basic classic variants of both models now have a wired Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connection. Under the bonnet, both the Kushaq and Slavia still offer the same 1.0-liter and 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engines, paired to either hand or automatic gearboxes, depending on the variant. The cabin is finished in a whole black upholstery and finish, while the outside gets black alloy wheels, black roof rails and darkened badge. Highlights include a revised grille, slender LED lighting and new alloy wheels. Inside, the SUV now comes with an 11.2-inch touch screen, a 12.3-inch digital driver’s show, and a better practice with better storage. Other premium features include a 19-speaking Bowers & Wilkins Audio System, four-zone climate control, a 360-degree camera, and Level-2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). It is still powered by a 2.0-liter turbo petrol engine that delivers 202 hp and 360 Nm of torque. The SUV is sold in India at a price of £ 1.03 (ex-showroom). 9 Lexus LX 500D Lexus launched the 2025 LX 500D in India in two variants – Urban and Overway. The Urban variant has a chrome-heavy outside for a more luxurious look, while the overlap finish is designed for serious off-road use with darkened elements and front/rear differential locks. Both versions are equipped with a 3.3-liter V6 diesel engine that produces 305 hp and 700 Nm, accompanied by an automatic 10-speed. The Overtrail variant is £ 12 Lakh more expensive than the urban version, due to its extra hardware for off-road riding. Both variants were priced at £ 3 crore (ex-show cream) and at £ 3.12 crore (ex-showroom) respectively. 10 Defender Octa The defender Octa was introduced in India as the most extreme and competent version of defender SUV. It contains mechanical upgrades such as a 6D dynamic suspension system, improved wheel articulation and revised winning bones for improved off-road capability. The Octa variant is only presented in the Lang wheelbase Defender 110 format and is powered by a 4.4-liter V8 petrol engine that delivers 626 hp and 750 Nm of torque. The Defender Octa is priced at £ 2.59 crore (ex-showroom), while the Octa edition will cost one £ 2.79 crore (ex-showroom). 11 Mercedes-Maybach SL 680 Monogram series Mercedes-Benz launched the Maybach SL 680 Monogram series, which first received the Maybach treatment SL Roadster. Only three units were assigned for India. This special edition contains a double tone black-and-white interior, 21-inch forged wheels and Maybach-specific outlets. It is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 engine that produces 577 hp and 800 Nm of torque with a time of 0-100 kmph from just 4.1 seconds. The Monogran Series Roadster costs £ 4.20 crore (ex-showroom). 12 Aston Martin Vanquish Aston Martin officially brought the Vanquish to India and positioned it as his flagship Grand Tourer. The car boasts a dramatic design with a large grille, smooth LED lights and sculpted body work. Inside, it offers a luxury and sporty cabin with high materials, a 10.25-inch infotainment system and a 15-year-old speaker Bowers & Wilkins Sound System. Under the bonnet is a 5.2-liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine that makes 823 hp and 1000 Nm. It can go from 0 to 100 km / h within 3.3 seconds.
