Kakorlantas ensures the traffic flow on the toll road during the controlled long weekend
Jakarta -Head of the Traffic Corps (Kakorlantas) of the National Police Inspector -General Agus Suryonugroho this morning monitored the traffic flow at the Trans Java Toll Road regarding the existence of a long weekend. Inspector -General Agus has ensured that the traffic flow is quite controlled. “We are in KM 70, along with Jasa Marga, of course the flow of long weekend traffic. He explained that there was indeed an increase in traffic flow. But everything is still in normal state. Meanwhile, an increase in traffic increased by 50%on Saturday (10/5) to Sunday (11/5). That’s why it always works with Jasa Marga. “On Saturday to Sunday it rose 50%. That’s why we always work with Jasa Marga, because it’s the orders of the national police chief,” he said. Inspector -General Agus also said that there are international activities in Jakarta today. He made sure that he and the ranks of the National Police Corplantas would always be present in the field to help and serve the community. “This week there are also international activities in Jakarta. So there are 56 countries and international organizations. That’s why we are always present in the field,” he said. He will continue to monitor the flow of traffic on the toll road. In addition, he hopes the flow of traffic during a controlled long weekend. “Today we will monitor the toll road, especially in the direction of Trans Java, hopefully the long weekend until Tuesday will be controlled,” he said.
