Fraud in the name of admission in schools and colleges, Cyber Team Advisory released
Noida revealed a startling case of great fraud, where Crores of rupees of students and their families were cheated on the name of admission to great medical colleges. This gang played with the expectations and life of hundreds of students. Police arrested six members of the gang, whose offices were in Noida and Pune. Strict action was started against this gang. Sports from the dreams of innocent students, DCP Noida Manish Kumar Mishra said that a large amount of checks, laptops and cell phones were seized by the arrested accused. The accused was identified as Rahul Kumar, Anupam Kumar of Bihar, Dayanand Pandey of Nagpur, Sachin Singh of Agra, Vidushi Lohia of Gorakhpur and Nikita Upadhyay of Jharkhand. Apart from this, a member of the gang of Sonu is out of the police. The gang captured the students via social media. According to police, a fraud of crores in the name of prestigious colleges was found during an attack in a building in sector-62, at the office of the gang in the name of admission in medical and other colleges in the country and abroad. The investigation into the telephone and laptop of the accused is underway. It is said that these people have done this work by staying in a rented room in different parts of Noida. The gang, which targets medical and engineering students, especially contacted the students seeking admission to medical and engineering colleges. In the name of admission, an amount of Rs 6 to 10 lakh was collected with the students and their families. Police seized checks worth Rs 5 Crore 6 Lakh 50 thousand, cash of Rs 3 Lakh 90 thousand cash, two laptops and 16 cell phones from the possession of the accused. Educated accused and great conspiracy ACP Shaivya Goyal said that all the members of this gang were trained. Gahul Kumar and Anupam Kumar gangs did BSc and BBA at the University of Patna. The rest of the members are BBA and BCom degree holders. Earlier, they received salary to 40-50 thousand rupees per month. Accused Anupam said during interrogation that he has so far cheated on more than 500 people. Further actions began the police legal action against all the accused under the case registered in this case, and the search for an absolance member Sonu continues.
