The accused committed this crime to take revenge on the child’s father, who slapped him and fired him from his job. The accused, who was absconding after killing a five-year-old child in Narela, Outer Delhi, was arrested by the joint team of the Outer North District Police of Malkaganj within 24 hours of the incident. The team has increased surveillance at bus stands, railway stations and social routes. The police team swooped and arrested the accused Neetu Sahay. During interrogation, he confessed to the crime. The police found bloodstained clothes on him.
