The release of ‘Thama’ on Diwali is very special for me: Ayushmann Khurrana

Mumbai, October 22 (IANS). Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana’s film ‘Thama’ has released. In this, he is seen on the big screen for the first time with Rashmika Mandanna. Ayushmann told that ‘Thamaa’ is the most important film of his career. Sharing an anecdote, the actor said that every year he used to go to theaters with his family to watch a superstar’s film, but this time he experienced that happiness with his film. This film earned around Rs 25 crore on the first day. Talking about ‘Thamaa’, Ayushmann Khurrana said, “I am an entertainer so I am very happy to see people like and love ‘Thamaa’ and my acting during this big holiday of Diwali.” He said, “When producer Dinesh Vijan told me that ‘Thama’ is releasing on Diwali, I was very happy as I was eagerly waiting for this moment that one of my films would release on Diwali like the big stars.” Ayushmann Khurrana further said, “A festival where big superstars have released their films, ‘Thamaa’ is the best film of my career and I am happy that I got the opportunity to release it on Diwali. Every year I went to theaters with my family to watch a superstar’s film. This time I went to theaters with my family to watch my film, it feels good.” Thanking producer Dinesh Vijan, Ayushmann Khurrana said, “I thank Dinesh Vijan for trusting me to play a character that people don’t know much about.
