Jakarta – Police conducted an investigation into crime scene (ICP) at the Pondok Aren Pharmacy Building, South Tangerang, which exploded last night. Police said no bombs were found on the spot. “Praise God, thank God no bombs or explosive surplus was found on the crime scene,” AKBP Victor Inkiriwang, South Tangerang police chief, said Thursday (9/10/2025). The explosion in the pharmacy building took place on Wednesday (8/10) evening. Victor said his party immediately coordinated with the Jibom team, Brimob Pansda Metro Jaya, to perform an inspection on the spot. Victor said the four-story pharmacy building caused serious damage as a result of the explosion. “This explosion has the front and some of the sides of the building, about 4.5 floors, damaged,” he said. Furthermore, police are still investigating the cause of the explosion in the pharmacy building.
