Bengaluru, September 29 (IANS). Chief Minister Siddaramaiah gave a statement on the social, economic and educational survey launched by the government of Karnataka. He said that as soon as our recording began, the leaders who raised slogans of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’, come to the public. Siddaramaah said many BJP leaders talk openly about the boycott of this recording, which revealed their reality. He made it clear that this survey was not limited to any cabinets or religion. It is an extensive recording of social, economic and educational status of seven crore people from across Karnataka. The chief minister said: “This survey is not against anyone, but for everyone. The main purpose of it is to establish social, economic and educational equality and give appropriate share and opportunity to everyone.” He said: “The thinking of Manuwad is that property, opportunity and representation must remain in a special hands. Poor poor must stay backwards, women must be deprived of opportunities and inequality must remain between cabinets and communities. Unfortunately, this thinking has flourished in the BJP leaders.” Siddaramaiah further said that through this survey, the government will be able to understand the status of Dalites, backward cabinets, minority communities, as well as poor and deprived classes of advances. But the BJP does not want to accept it. The chief minister also gave examples of Bihar and Telangana, where BJP’s part -mads also conducted social, economic and educational surveys on the cupboards. The chief minister questioned Karnataka’s BJP leaders that if they oppose the survey in their state, they also oppose the cabinets census of their own central government? The chief minister called on the public not to be affected by the political and confusing statements of BJP leaders.
