The Administrator of Shri Sringeri Panh filed a complaint against Chaitanyanand for molestation, but before that his rights were taken away. A notice was pasted outside the institute describing his actions as contrary to the dignity of the institute. Fraud cases are also registered against him. Chaitanyanand’s real Jagran correspondent, South Delhi, was taken away 12 days before the case was registered. All the rights of Chaitanyanand were taken away on July 23, 2025 before making a complaint to the police.
