The judge also sentenced Sarata to pay a fine of RP 150 million in 4 months. The judge said the repayment of money made by Sarata was calculated to pay a replacement money of RP. 525,419,000. In this session, the judge also read the decision for PT MBS owner Toras Sotarduga Panggabean. The judge sentenced Toras up to 2 years 4 months imprisonment, a fine of RP 150 million in 4 months incarceration. Toras was also not taxed to pay a replacement fee of RP 7.662.083.376.31. The judge said the return of the Poras property was calculated as the payment of the replacement money. What is troubled by Sarata and Toras is not to support government programs in efforts to eradicate corruption, collusion and nepotism.
