The Supreme Court removed the remarks on the Supreme Court of the High Court in Allahabad, Prashant Kumar, who were criticized to allow criminal action in a civil dispute. On Friday, August 8, the Supreme Court removed its remarks for the High Court of the Allahabad High Court, Prashant Kumar, in which he criticized in a civil dispute case for permission to criminal proceedings. The court said it was not intended to embarrass or accuse them. A Bench of Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice R. Mahadevan reiterated that the comments were made to retain the dignity of the judiciary. SC removed the comment against the Judge of the Allahabad High Court, the Supreme Court said he had removed these remarks after Chief Justice BR Gavai asked to reconsider the case. The Pillow Court has accepted that the High Court’s Chief Justice is the Master of the Roster, leaving him the right to make a decision in the case. In his unprecedented order, a bank of Justice Pardiwala and Justice Mahadevan removed the timetable of criminal cases of the Allahabad High Court on August 4, removing the criminal cases’ timetable until he left his post, because he incorrectly retained the summons of criminal nature in a civil dispute. The Supreme Court judges wrote a letter expressing the protest, a group of judges from the Allahabad High Court wrote a letter to Chief Justice Arun Bhansali and requested him to call a court meeting in response to the command of the Supreme Court to remove Justice Prashant Kumar from the criminal timetable. Justice Arindam Sinha wrote a letter expressing his pain for the order of the Supreme Court approved on August 4 and the letter was signed by 7 judges. The Supreme Court commented on judicial arguments, saying that in its order, the Supreme Court made a strict comment on the judicial arguments of Justice Prashant Kumar and the Supreme Court Administration to remove it from the list of criminal cases. He was also instructed to appoint him to a bank with a senior judge.
