He was asked to submit a written statement in his defense within 30 days. Last year he was transferred from Delhi police to Arunachal Pradesh, but so far he has not joined there yet. He had to join a work in Arunachal Pradesh within 15 days of alleviating the police in Delhi, but did not report to the government of Arunachal Pradesh. Thereafter, the government sent a letter to the Ministry of Home Affairs and so far informed the arrival of Dr. G. Ram Gopal Naik. He has not responded to any memorandum of the Ministry of Home Affairs for more than ten months. Thereafter, on behalf of the disciplinary authority of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Dr. An investigation proposed to conduct an investigation against G. Ram Gopal Naik under the reign of the entire Indian services (discipline and appeal), 1969. Zee Ram Gopal Naik was instructed to submit a written statement of their defense within 30 days of receiving this memorandum and also whether he wants to hear personally.
