The Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) has drawn up an ambitious plan to draw up the JSCA Center for Excellence at a cost of Rs 150 Crore in Gengada Village in Patmada block of East Singhbhum. Tiwari said that a copy of this proposal was also sent to the Chief Minister of Hemant Soren and the Income section so that land for the construction of the center could be found. This center will be like the BCCI Center of Excellence in Bangalore, not only in the name, but also in the facilities. The Academy of Bengaluru is spread over 40 hectares, with three world -class plains, 86 stands (inside and out), one state of the -art gym, sports science and medicine with a rehabilitation of players. Similarly, in addition to the state -of -the -cricket art facilities in the center to be built in Patmada, there will also be Badminton, tennis, basketball and a swimming pool, so that players from other sports can also be trained here. 50 hectares of land marked, waiting for government approval, JSCA has already identified about 50 hectares of land in the Gangada village Patmada for this enormous project. Some time ago, a joint team of JSCA and administrative officials inspected the land. The team found that the country was flat and also suitable for traffic due to near the main road. Patmada’s Zonal officer marked the country on the spot and handed it to JSCA. Just wait for the government to award this land for free. According to JSCA secretary Saurabh Tiwari, only the need for road broadening, according to international standards, this country is excellent. The distance from the main road to the site is just three kilometers, but there is a need to expand and repair the path that leads there. He expressed confidence that if the administration worked together on the construction of the road, JSCA is fully prepared to realize this dream. The project will not only bring Jamshedpur back to the map of international cricket, but will also start a new era of sports throughout the Kolhan region.
