A young man from Jalandhar went missing and tried to enter England illegally. 29 -year -old Arvinder Singh, a resident of the town of Bhatnura Lubana, disappeared into the boat in the sea, while all his companions survived safely. The accident happened on October 1 near the beach of France. He said that Arvinder and other companions are trying to cross the sea by boat to enter England. Meanwhile, the boat overturned due to strong waves. Arvinder’s brother Ashwinder Singh said that his brother went to Portugal on the work permit Visa on May 18 and his biometric process was completed on September 5. After meeting a few youths there, he plans to go to England. At first he tried to go through the truck, but when he was unsuccessful, he chose the road to the boat. The family said that Arvinder called on October 2 and told him that he was going to England by boat. The family advised him not to do so, but he did not listen. Now he has no contact. The family has called on the Government of India and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to act immediately to seek Arvinder and bring him back to India.
