'Third Latin -American Chinese Culture Tour' begins in Brazil, cultural exchange has boosted
Beijing, June 29 (IANS). The ‘third Latin American Chinese Cultural Tour Brazil in Brazil’ with the aim of promoting Chinese culture in Brazil and strengthening the relationship between the two countries began at the State University of Sao Paulo on June 28. The opening ceremony was attended by more than 150 dignitaries, including China’s abstract cultural heritage artist, members of Brazilian cultural and educational institutions, foreign Chinese representatives and university teachers and students. The greatest attraction of the event was exhibitions, focused on performing publications, cultural creation and abstract cultural heritage. About 500 Chinese books, children’s books and Chinese teaching material were displayed here in Portuguese and Chinese Portuguese languages. In addition, more than 100 cultural and creative products were also displayed, depicting Chinese traditional culture and ‘National Jowar’ (Guo Chao) elements, which created a diverse and three -dimensional Chinese cultural experience for the audience. Visitors were enthusiastic about reading these exhibitions, taking photos and interaction on different cultural aspects. A concerned official of the Bureau of Bureau of External Promotion of the Information Office of China’s State Council expressed his hope that this cultural tour would be an important opportunity to deepen the exchange between China and Brazil in the field of copyright trading and education cooperation. He emphasized that the program would add more cultural dynamics to the shared future China-Brazil community to build a more just world and a more durable planet. Chang Xi, Deputy Consul -General of the Chinese Consul General in Sao Paulo, expressed lucky on the exhibition coming to Sao Paulo. He said that excellent books and special cultural compositions displayed in it fully demonstrate the attraction of Chinese culture, which not only promoted mutual understanding between the people of the two countries, but also gave cultural inspiration to deepen the exchange and cooperation between China and Sao Paulo state and even Brazil. Louis Antonio Palino, director of the Confucius Institute of Sao Paulo State University, said that the tour exhibition is more and more people the opportunity to join one of the most beautiful chapters in the history of human civilization. Carrina Paskwarelo Mariano, adviser to the Vice Chairman of the Scientific Research of Sao Paulo State University, also appreciated the exhibition, assuming that it was very similar to the concept of foreign cultural exchange of the school. He reported that the university has expanded its cooperation with China over the past few years and that it intends to send more than ten undergraduate students to Hopeyi University in China to exchange bilateral cultural cooperation.
