General Tikka Khan, an officer of the Pakistani army, was responsible for this. He was the first army of the Pakistani army. Tikka Khan was a 4-star general of the Pakistani army. He was born on February 10, 1915 in a village near Rawalpindi. Tikka Khan completed his studies at the Indian Military Academy in Dehradun. He joined the British Indian army in 1935. In 1940 he became a commissioner. Tikka Khan fought against Germany during World War II. When India became independent in 1947, he moved to Pakistan. He became the head of the army there. But his most cruel form was seen in 1971. When Bangladesh became independent. Bangladesh had to pay his price. Bangladesh was part of Pakistan before 1971. It was known as East Pakistan.
