Three doctors who are constantly absent will be dismissed, Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak instructed

Lucknow, October 15 (IANS). The state government has taken a tougher stand against those who create hurdles to improve the health services of Uttar Pradesh. Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak ordered the additional chief secretary of the medical education department to dismiss three doctors who are continuously absent. Dr. Vandana Jain posted at Shamshabad Community Health Center (CHC) of Agra, Dr. Vipul Aggarwal, pediatrician of Shravasti Joint District Hospital, Dr. Devvrit of Jata Barauli CHC of Barabanki was continuously absent. Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak directed the additional chief secretary of the health department to dismiss the absent doctors. On August 18, at the Varanasi Kabir Chaura District Women’s Hospital, staff nurse Pritam Singh, who was posted on evening duty, prepared a referral slip for pregnant Rizwana without any medical examination. Ambulance and stretcher were not arranged for the pregnant woman. Due to which the pregnant woman gave birth under unfavorable conditions in the hospital premises. Therefore, the life of the pregnant woman was in danger. The Deputy Chief Minister took the incident seriously and gave charge sheet to staff nurse Pritam Singh and ordered to suspend him. In addition, orders for departmental action were also issued against Lady Medical Officer Dr. Sumita Gupta given for negligence in the performance of her duties. Apart from this, the chief superintendent was also found guilty of not maintaining effective control over the doctors and staff, arranging duty cards, rounds, regular recording of vitals on the bedside cards of patients, and not making regular rounds of the hospital himself. In such a situation, orders for departmental action were also issued against the chief superintendent of the hospital, Dr. Neena Verma, given. Suppression of four doctors; allegations of negligence in the treatment of Rama Yadav, wife of Dr. Vishram Singh, Additional Commissioner (Administration) of Mirzapur Vindhyachal Division. It is alleged that EKG test was not done on time. This matter was investigated, in which four medical officers, Dr. Vinay Kumar, Dr. Sunil Singh, Dr. Tarun Singh, who is currently under the Chief Medical Officer, Sonbhadra and Dr. Pankaj Pandey, who is currently working in the post of Assistant Professor in the Pulmonary Department of the Autonomous Medical College, Mirzapuret, was given to them for a complaint from his department, was given to them. Orders were also given to take action against the concerned staff nurse posted at that time, Sushma Pandey, who has since retired. Also, a case of prescribing outside medicine to patients and private practices has come to light in the 100 bed joint hospital of Kumarganj located in Ayodhya. The deputy chief minister presented a charge sheet to the hospital’s gynecologist dr. Sheela Verma and doctor dr.
