He described the delegation that accompanied him as the largest business delegation that ever came from the country to India. PM Starmer visits Yash Raj Films Studio. During this, he announced that three films of Yash Raj films will be made in Britain from 2026. The British Prime Minister, who addresses Indian business leaders here, said: “This is the largest trading mission the UK has ever sent to India, which will be in two parts.” Earlier this year, Prime Minister Modi visited the UK to sign a free trade agreement (FTA). After reaching Mumbai, the British Prime Minister visited a football training center and Yash Raj Films Studio. During this time, actress Rani Mukherjee was also with him. The prime minister also watched a film with the actress and CEO of Yash Raj Films, Akshay Vidhini. Prime Minister Starmer announced that three films produced by the leading film banner of India, Yash Raj Films, will be shot in Britain from 2026. He said it would create more than 3000 posts in Britain. Prime Minister Modi will meet his British counterpart on Thursday. He welcomed Starmer during his visit to India. Premier Modi wrote on the social media platform, Prime Minister Starmer, on a two-day visit to India, and the two leaders are expected to review the progress under the Indian UK-encompassing strategic partnership through the ‘Vision 2035’ road map. It is a ten-year plan that covers trade and investment, technology and innovation, defense and security, climate and energy, health, education and people-to-people ties. British Airways also confirmed its expansion plans to India, as the airline led a major British government mission to India led by Premier Starmer.
