Dilip Yadav hanged himself after a dispute with his wife in Khanazampur of Sukrit Gram Panchayat of Robertsganj Kotwali area. His wife and children were present in the house at the time of this incident. When the woman raised the alarm around 2 o’clock in the night, other family members came to know about the incident. It is understood that there was a dispute between the two over domestic matters. Dilip slept with his wife and children that night with the door closed. When family members took Dilip to the district hospital, the doctor declared him brought dead. It is not known why Deepak took such a step. The police took possession of the body and started investigating the case. On Friday evening itself, a woman also committed suicide by hanging herself in Ward 20 of Anpara Nagar Panchayat. The police have taken all three bodies into their custody and the case is being thoroughly investigated. These incidents sent a wave of mourning in the area. Local residents say such suicides are alarming and it is necessary to find out the reasons behind them. There is a need to discuss mental health issues in the society, so that such cases can be prevented. Experts believe that factors such as domestic disputes, financial problems and mental stress can lead to an increase in suicide cases.
