AC Chi -fraud in a movie -like style in Jaisalmer, overturned in tanker discharge by selling 12 tonnes of oil, arrested two accused
Kalyanpur police station and DST have had great success in preventing illegal activities in the district and acting strictly against criminals. In a serious matter of betrayal, police seized approximately 12 tonnes of soybean -felt oil and two main accused tanker driver Lakhma Ram and arrested Hemaram. The case came to light because of the readiness and intensive investigation of the police, in which the accused deliberately conspired to turn the tanker into a dirty sewage and show false accident to hide the eclipse of oil. An oil tanker was overturned in the sewage near the national highway near Sarhad Araba Dudawatan under the Kalyanpur police station. Initially, it was considered a case for road accidents. But when the owner of the oil tanker filed a report to the police station that about 12 tonnes of soybean refined oil loaded into the tanker were missing, police suspected it was not an ordinary accident, but an organized fraud. In light of the seriousness of the case, a special team was formed under the leadership of Balotra, additional superintendent of police Gopal Singh Bhati and officer Pachpadra Ashok Joshi and the leadership of Thanadikari Kalyanpur Budharam. Police arrested the tanker and the owner and started intensive interrogation. During interrogation, the driver acknowledged Lakhmaram and owner Hemaram that they sold 12 tonnes of soybean -felt oil in the tanker number RJ 04 GB 3313 in a hotel in the frontier in the frontier. To hide his crime, he deliberately overturned the tanker in the sewage, so that all the oil was swept away in the accident. Based on the information given by the accused, police seized the entire 12 tonnes of oil sold from Sarhad Tapra of the Jasol police station. The police investigation also revealed that the accused had come out the intention to sell oil according to the pre -planned scheme and that the tanker was overturned to give the incident a form of accident. After the incident was confirmed, police registered a case against the accused in terms of section 61 (2) (a), 316 (3), 318 (4) of the Indian Criminal Act, 2023, and produced it in the Hon’ble Court from which their PC detention was approved.
