Center, state together work like Team India, no purpose is difficult: PM Modi
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said during his first speech at the 10th Governing Council meeting of Niti Aayog on Saturday that India should work on the development of cities ready for the future. He urged the center and all states to increase the rate of development. PM Modi said in the program: “India has quick urbanization. We need to work on cities that are ready for the future. Development, innovation and stability must be the engine of the development of our cities.” He further said: “We must increase the rate of development. If the center and all states like Team India work together, no purpose can be impossible.” He also called on the states to contribute to the promotion of tourism in the country. He said: “States must develop at least one tourist destination in each state according to world standards and the provision of all facilities and infrastructure.” A state, a global destination. “It will also develop neighboring cities as a tourist destination.” Premier Modi described the pursuit of 140 crore citizens as’ developed ‘and said,’ developed India is the purpose of every Indian. He said: “We need to work on incorporating women into our workforce. We must make such laws and policies that can honestly include women in the workforce.” The theme of this government council meeting held in Bharat Mandapam, New -Delhi is ‘Developed India: States for 2047’. This meeting provides a platform to consult the measures of ‘Developed India: 2047’ at the center, states and trade union areas to make a consensus on how the state can become the foundation to make India a ‘developed nation’.
