PC Mitchell Thorogood, a counter-terrorism officer with Kent Police, Told the Court that was on duty police officer traveling to franca at the entrance to the Channel NEAR FOLKESTONE on 28 July 2024.

MR Lennon’s Barrister, Alisdair Williamson KC, Suggested the Stop May Have Been “Discrurimatory” HIS Political Beliefs.
Prosecutor not morris Said that mr lennon has used an expletive at officer and had to do to say that his phone contains “vulnerable girls”.
“The Process by Which Journalistic Material Wauld Be Protected was Explained to Him,” Ms Morris Said.
She Told the Court the Officers Had Also Found a Small Bag in the Bentley Containing £ 13,370 and € 1,910 (£ 1,660).
District Judge Sam goozee Said the defyndant’s address should not be published, after his barister said there are “credible threats against mr lennon’s life”.
Mr Williamson Told the Judge that and did not expert to give evidence in his defensive.
