Trailer-Scorpion collision in Balotra, 4 painful deaths due to live burning
A horrific road accident took place late last night on the Balotra-Sindhari Mega Highway in Balotra, Rajasthan. The accident happened near Sada village in Sindhari police station area. A trailer and a Scorpio collided head-on and caused a massive fire in which four people died. Vehicles caught fire after being stopped. According to reports, the accident occurred when a speeding trailer and a Scorpio collided head-on on the Mega Highway late last night. The impact was so strong that both vehicles immediately caught fire and the fire spread quickly. The bodies were sent to the hospital for postmortem. On receiving information about the accident on the Mega Highway, Superintendent of Police Ramesh and Collector Sushil Kumar immediately reached the spot, took possession of the bodies and sent them to the hospital for postmortem. All the deceased were residents of the same village. Police investigating the incident said the four youths who were burnt alive in the fire that broke out due to the collision of a trailer and a Scorpion were residents of Dabar village in Gudamalani area. Another friend was also with him. The five youngsters came to Sindhari for work. While he was returning, this accident happened 30 km before his village. List of names of the deceased: Mohan Singh (35), Shambhu Singh (20), Panchram (22) and Prakash (28) died in the accident. Seriously injured Dilip Singh was taken to Balotra District Hospital, where he was referred to Jodhpur after first aid. Share this story Tags
