An employee who applied for the transfer in Mahabaleshwar in the Satara district got on the bus stand and threatened suicide. This employee has been identified as Ashok Sankal, a fitter/mechanic at Mahabaleshwar depot. As the sudden protest march was seen on the bus stall, officers and employees called the police and ambulances. The riot continued an hour or two, and then the narrow amounted to the persuasion of fellow employees and family members. The particular thing that had to be seen was that people even gathered in heavy rain to see the person’s helplessness. He stood there until he came down and kept trying to understand the situation. Many people also made a video of this chaos-tafri amid heavy rain. Ashok Sankal’s protests show that to what extent people are under tension, and that they are ready to give their lives. This just happened because the authorities immediately called the family of Ashok Sankpal, on which a major accident was averted. If the officer delayed, the employee could jump.
