TransJ shortens Corridor 13 route due to workshop fire in Ciledug, South Jakarta
Jakarta – Transjakarta has implemented a temporary route shortening on corridor 13 services this evening. This was done because there was a building fire on Jalan Ciledug Raya, South Jakarta (Jaksel). “In connection with the workshop fire in front of Murni Teguh Hospital (Petukangan to Puri Beta) Ciledug, Transjakarta has implemented a (temporary) route shortening on service corridor 13,” Head of Transjakarta Public Relations and CSR Department, Ayu Wardhani, said in his statement on Thursday (16/10/2025). Ayu explained that the Corridor 13 route, which originally went to Puri Beta and even Ciledug CBD, currently only serves JORR bus stops. Scroll to continue content “The North Petukangan bus stop to Ciledug CBD is currently unable to serve customers,” he said. Ayu, representing Transjakarta management, expressed her apology to the public for the inconvenience. He appealed to people using Transjakarta to adjust their travel plans. “Transjakarta is grateful for customers’ understanding due to this route adjustment. It also apologizes for the late arrival of buses and the busy line of customers that occurred at the CSW bus stop, due to the handling of the situation on the route,” Ayu said. It is known that firefighters (damcar) received information about the fire from residents at 17.50 WIB. The workshop that caught fire was located on Jalan Ciledug Raya, Petukangan Village, Jagakarsa District, South Jakarta. A total of 11 fire engines and 35 personnel were deployed to extinguish the fire. Currently, firefighters were able to stop the fire from spreading to other objects. (ond/fas)
