In order to maintain the law and order in the district on the occasion of the upcoming Eid-Ex-Azha (Bakrid), the ban was implemented by Commissioners Gautam Buddha Nagar Police in the district from June 7 to June 9. This order was issued under section 163 of the Indian Civil Protection Code-2023. According to the order issued by additional deputy commissioner of police (legislation and order), Praveen Ranjan Singh will be banned in public place in these three days any form of march, protests, religious events or gathering until consent from the police officers concerned. According to the most important point of the order, five or more persons will be prohibited from collecting, processing or performing; It will remain limited without permission. Flying Drone camera within a 1 km radius around government offices will be completely banned. Strict guidelines will apply to the use of speakers. It will not be allowed to run speakers from 10:00 to 6 hours and it will be mandatory to follow the ballment during the day. Namaz, Puja, march or religious events will be limited in public places without permission. In addition, the sound of speakers in religious places will be limited to the complex. It will be forbidden to leave animals open in religious places, public places or optograms. Public performance of sharp weapons, firearm, flammable substances, etc. Will be banned. Hard shooting or arms performance is also strictly prohibited. In addition, legal action was warned about the spread of rumors on social media or in other ways, to share religious madness or misleading information. Compliance with the Kovid-19 guideline was made compulsory, especially in religious places, restaurants, theaters. Alcohol or drug intake will be banned in public places. Strict action will also be done about immorality or assault with the police or administrative staff. Officials say this order is needed to maintain peace, safety and social harmony. This one-sided order was issued to prevent any unforeseen incident in light of the Piket demonstrations and programs proposed by various organizations in the district. The Police Commissioner has made it clear that legal action will be taken in terms of section 223 of the Indian Code 2023 for violating the order.
