Ukraine, the main reason for instability in the Black Sea region: Russia

Moscow, April 29 (IANS). Russia blamed Ukraine for instability in the Black Sea region. Russian president’s employee and chairman of the Sea Council, Nikole Phetrevas, said on Tuesday that both Moscow and Washington are interested in ensuring traffic safety should be taken. In an interview with the Russian news agency Tas, Patraushev said: “Obviously, the activities of the armed forces and mercenaries of Ukraine are the most important causes of instability in the Black Sea region.” He said that the Kiev region has repeatedly shown that it is impossible to communicate with him. The Russian official said: “As we have learned from experience, Kiev showed his entire inability to speak again and again.” Last month, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavarov said in an interview to a local broadcaster that Moscow was in favor of the beginning of the Black Sea initiative, although it should be acceptable to everyone. He also said that this issue is important during discussions in Riyadh. Lavrov said: “We support the return of Black C initiative in some form, which is better for everyone.” Russian Foreign Minister, citing Ukrainian President Volodimir Jailonski, said: “Our situation is clear: We cannot believe this person (Jailonski).” He said that Moscow, Africa and other countries of the global south were concerned about the status of food grains affected by the conflict. After expert consultation between Russia and the United States in Riyadh, Kremlin said in a statement last month that Moscow and Washington agreed to guarantee the implementation of the Black Initiative – a limitation on the use of commercial ships for secure navigation and military purposes. However, Russia later said that it would not rebuild the initiative until the West fifted the ban on the provision of its ships and agriculture equipment. Black C initiative, [जिसे अनाज सौदे के रूप में भी जाना जाता है]Allowed the offer of Ukrainian grains from black C ports and ensured the generalization of the export of Russian agricultural products and fertilizers in world markets. In July 2023, however, Moscow separated him from the agreement, saying that Russia was not met. Moscow claims that, despite the agreements, the West sent a large part of the Ukrainian grain to its lands, while the main purpose of the agreement – which provides grain to needy countries – was never completed. -Ians mk/
