Two poor people told a 12-year-old girl-let’s celebrate your birthday … then closed in a closed room

An incident that embarrassed humanity came to light in the Hardoi district Uttar Pradesh. A 12 -year -old minor student was assessed by two youth in the city of Kotwali area. Both accused lived on rent in the vicinity of the student and are students of ITI and D Pharma. Police acted quickly and arrested both the accused. According to the information, the 12 -year victim studies in Class 8 at an Inter College. 21-year-old Rustom Yadav (ITI student) and 19-year-old Priyanshu (D Pharma student), hired in his area, made the victim familiar. He regularly gave him toffee and chocolate, which caused him to trust the innocent girl. The kidnapping incident took place on August 30 at the pretext of a birthday party, which was also the victim’s birthday. As he returned from school, both the accused stopped him and said they wanted to celebrate his birthday. The girl came under his crimes and went with him without thinking anything. Both took him to a friend’s home, where they force him and performed the gang rape incident. When the victim tried to protest, they both threatened to kill her. He threatened and said that if he did not tell anyone or did not call it again, he would kill him and his family. The family told the family that police acted after the rape of the gang, when the victim returned, there was a major change in her behavior. She starts to keep scared and quiet. When her parents questioned her strictly, the victim said the entire incident. Thereafter, the father of the victim immediately approached the police and filed a complaint against both the accused. Based on the complaint, police arrested Rustom Yadav and Priyanshu under the parts of the gang rape and the Poxo Act. Police said action was taken to jail both the accused.
