Two weeks' yoga training program was started for soldiers in Arunachal Pradesh

Itanagar, September 17 (IANS). For the brave soldiers placed in the Arunachal Pradesh region, the Spear Corps of the Army started a special two -week yoga training program. The program begins from September 15, which will last until September 27, whose information was given by the defense spokesman on Wednesday. He said that the purpose of this program is to promote the full health and spiritual strength of the soldiers so that they can perform better, even in difficult circumstances. The patience, concentration and tolerance of soldiers is increased by yoga. Lieutenant -Colonel Rawat said this training was particularly prepared by keeping the inaccessible areas of Arunachal Pradesh and the challenges of the weather in mind. Training sessions are offered by trained yoga trainers, designed according to the physical and mental needs of the soldiers. The focus of this training is not only on physical fitness, but also on spiritual peace, emotional stability and spiritual balance. The army statement said that yoga is the doctrine of the Indian tradition, which is a symbol of discipline and self -control. Yoga practice establishes harmony between body, spirit and soul.
