UFC Fighter Marvin Vettori’s Brother Patrick Dies in House Fire – ryan

UFC fighter Marvin vectors is mourning the loss of his younger brother.

According to multiple reports, including Italian news station TGCOM24 and USA TodayPatrick Vettori died in an apartment fire in Mezzocorona, Italy. He was 30 years old.

Neighbors saw smoke rising from the apartment and firefighters responded to the scene quickly, but Patrick had already died due to smoke inhalation, the outlets said. He reportedly lived alone in the apartment.

On Monday, April 14, Marvin, 31, confirmed his brother’s death and penned an emotional tribute to Patrick on Instagram. “You were and always will be number one my little brother,” Marvin began in the post, translated to English.

Marvin, a former Venator FC Welterweight champion, continued, “You left a void that cannot be filled, I will love you until my last breath. I don’t think I’ll be the same after today because maybe I never told you but you’ve always been my strength.”

The middleweight fighter concluded his tribute by writing, “I love you my brother, and even though it won’t be easy to continue life without you, it gives me heart to know that one day I’ll be buried next to you. Ti amo 💔🕊️.”

Family and friends have been remembering Patrick in the comments of Marvin’s post. Italian cyclist Ignazio Moser said, “A piece of my heart is leaving with you. Bye my little brother, I’ll miss you like crazy.”

“A big hug Marvin, no words. I’m close to you with my heart,” Italian fencer Aldo Montano wrote.

English former mixed martial artist Michael Bisping also shared his “deepest condolences” in the comments.
