United States: Trade Conventions with ASEAN within weeks or months

Washington expected to enter into trade agreements with some countries in Southeast Asia within weeks, according to US commercial actor Jimson Ghrir. “President Trump is proud and I am proud of what we have achieved in these agreements, and we expect to complete it in the coming months, and even in some cases,” Ghrir said, on the sidelines of the Economy Ministers’ meeting in the Society of Southeastern Asian countries (Asean) in Kuala Lumpur Wednesday. This is the first meeting at the highest level between the regional block and the United States, as the latter applied the SO -Called customs tariffs in August.
