Up: Azam Khan Relief of Court in Dungarpur incident

Prayag, September 10 (IANS). Senior Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan received a great relief on Wednesday. The Supreme Court granted him bail in the Dungarpur case. In this case, Azam Khan was sentenced to ten years by the MP/MLA Special Court of Rampur. A Bank of Justice Sameer Jain on Wednesday ordered the appeal and bail application that Azam Khan filed by Azam Khan who disputed the ruling of the lower court. The verdict was reserved on August 9 after the trial was completed. However, in spite of the fact that he gets bail, there is still doubts about the release of Azam Khan from prison. He was also sentenced to him in many other cases. The SP leader has filed a criminal appeal against it in the Allahabad High Court. The Supreme Court reserved the ruling on August 12 after hearing the debate from both sides. Azam Khan filed a criminal appeal in the Supreme Court against a ten -year sentence from the MLA Court of Rampur, in a case related to the famous Dungarpur case of Rampur. In this case, the contractor Barkat Ali also filed a criminal appeal in the Allahabad High Court against the sentence. Both demanded the court grant bail until the appeal was pending in the Allahabad High Court. The bail application of contractor Barkat Ali was also approved by the Supreme Court in this case. It can be noted that a case against the leader of the Samajwadi -Party Azam Khan, the retired Co Ale Hasan Khan and contractor Barkat Ali Ali Ali -Faqir Mohammad in August 2019 in the case of the Dungarpur incident in August 2019.
