UP: Bijnor police arrested fake woman judge and clerk, court sent him to jail

Bijnor, October 18 (IANS). After registering a report against the fake woman judge and the lawyer posing as a professional, the police produced it in the court. The court sent the fake female judge and lawyer to jail. A police team has also gone to Rampur district for detailed investigation. Late on Friday night, HFDC Bank branch manager Atul Dwivedi filed a report against fake woman judge Ayesha Parveen and lawyer Anas. Describing herself as a judge, Ayesha Parveen, a resident of Muzaffarnagar village, Dadhedu Kalan, is said to have said that she will be posted in Rampur district. Anas, a lawyer resident of Kishanwar of Bijnor, Mandawar police station area, who came with him, described himself as a judge. An application for a personal loan of Rs 35 lakh was made in the bank on behalf of Ayesha Parveen. The loan amount would be transferred on Friday itself. Meanwhile, cross-examination was done if the documents submitted for lending were suspicious. On suspicion, policeman Vivek Tomar at the cyber police station was also called to the spot. In the initial investigation itself, the judge’s identity card, salary slip, bank statement, and appointment letter etc. were found. is false. In such a situation, the police registered a report against Ayesha Parveen and lawyer Anas and arrested them. At the same time, on Saturday, the woman judge was produced in the court before a challan, from where she was sent to jail. City Kotwali’s SSI Satendra Malik told that fake judge Ayesha Parveen, after being arrested, became very upset. He told the police there was a mistake, don’t tell about my house. Mom is sick and dad is about to have a seizure. However, the police informed his family members. When the accused Ayesha’s father reached the city police station, he kept crying again and again. He didn’t know that his daughter wasn’t actually a judge. Ayesha, who studied law in Dehradun, also did MBA in 2019. Ayesha Parveen also appeared for PCS J exam. Although Ayesha failed in that exam, she still made noise about passing in December 2023. The family members also celebrated at that time. Ayesha’s success was also published in newspapers. The car in which Ayesha Parveen reached Bijnor has a judge sticker on the front and back. Judge is also written in capital letters. The daily wage driver told the police that madam often called him to drive. Toll was not paid anywhere. The police recovered the vehicle, which was registered in the name of Ayesha’s brother. Police investigation revealed that Ayesha Parveen had taken a house on a rent of Rs 10,000 per month in posh colony Rampur. A maid was hired to work in the house.
