Arogya Mitra will be deployed by the hospital at that help desk. The help desk will be equipped with computers and internet functions. Claim beneficiaries will be able to do within 24 hours when they reach this desk, Arogya Mitra will verify the patients and help them in treatment. After treatment, patients will be able to claim online for treatment costs within 24 hours of being discharged from the hospital. The Sha will have to complete all the paperwork within 15 days and pay for the treatment. If there is no process listed in Ayushman Bharat scheme, the Sha can be approved for it first. For such procedures, Sha can solve a maximum amount of one lakh calls. It is noteworthy that an agreement was reached on April 5 with the National Health Authority and the Delhi State Health Agency to implement the Ayushman Bhan Bharat Pmjay scheme and the work of making cards started from April 10.
