During this period, samples of buffalo milk and double tond milk were taken from Anand dairy in the Noida sector-62. At the same time, samples of tomato sauce and cheese were collected from Imperial Spices Restaurant. In the same order is an example of pineapple cake from Singhal Bakery in Dadri and Kuttu flour from Farhan Khan’s shop in Supertech Eco Village in Bisarkh. The official said complaints about sales of forged sweets, false ghee and flour of inferior quality are usually reported at the festivals.
