St. Petersburg, April 12 (IANS). Russian President Vladimir Putin met Steve Witchoff, a special messenger from US President Donald Trump in St. Petersburg to negotiate the Ukraine conflict. It was the third talk of both this year. According to media reports, Kremlin said the meeting lasted more than four hours and focused on ‘aspects of the Ukrainian agreement’.
