The child has malnutrition and lung disease. The uncle of the boy, Dedi Heryanto, said his cousin was initially treated at the private hospital on August 26, 2025. On September 1, the hospital said his cousin’s condition was stable and allowed. In fact, he said, a snake was installed for milk intake to patients at the time. He said the medical team took care of the child because his condition was critical. On September 5, the child passed away. “Death is indeed fate, but we are disappointed. There must be maximum efforts of the hospital. At least it does not reject this little child for administrative reasons,” Dedi said. Serang Regency Health Office (Kadinkes), Rahmat Fitriadi, said his party is following up the matter.
