Up Players won Aita Tennis title
Players from Uttar Pradesh won several titles in the final held on Friday and brilliantly performed at the Aita Championship Series (CS) National Tennis Championships. The tournament was organized by the Tennis Development Welfare Society in the Allahabad Gymkhana Tennis Academy in Azad Park. From April 14, more than 60 players from different states, including Maharashtra, Rajasthan, West Biengale, Bihar, Jammu and Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. On the last day, Abhyudaya of Uttar Pradesh Rohin Raj from Uttar Pradesh defeated a score of 6-3, 6-2 and won the title of the under-18 single category boys. Prachi Satish of Maharashtra returned to the Girls Under-18 single category and Bihar’s Pari Singh 3-6, 7-6 (10-8), 6-1 defeated in a close match. In the under-18 doubles of the boys, Abhyudaya Singh and Rohin Raj (Uttar Pradesh) risk Jaiswal and Kinjal Srivastava (Uttar Pradesh) 6-0, 6-2 while playing together. In the under-18 doubles of the girls, Dhriti Dubey and Niti Dubey (Uttar Pradesh) defeated Prachi Satish (Maharashtra) and Pari Singh (Bihar) 4-6, 6-3, 10-3. Kirti Dubey was the main guests of the awards ceremony, which presented the trophy to the winners. He was welcomed by organizers Saif Iqbal and referee Asad Iqbal.
