The center of connectivity and transport can become Gorakhpur's Dhuriyapar industrial area: UP Minister Nandi
Lucknow, June 3 (IANS). The proposed master plan of the Dhuriyapar industrial area presented by Gorakhpur Industrial Development Authority in Gorakhpur’s Dakshinchal in Gorakhpur was presented in a meeting in Pikup Bhawan on Tuesday under the chairman of the industrial development minister Nand Gopal Pradesh Government. Minister Nandi said that Dhuriyapar Industrial Area, due to the proximity to the railway as well as the important highway, could be a pivot of connectivity and transport. It must be developed on this basis and the master plan must also be made accordingly, so that entrepreneurs who settle here do not have to worry about connectivity and transport. As a result, many changes in the proposed master plan have been proposed. Railways are being developed from Sahajanwa to Dohighat. This trail route comes from the middle of the proposed industrial area. Purvancal Expressway and Gorakhpur Link Expressway also pass at a short distance, which is also aimed at including the proposal to be connected to the highway in the future, so that Dhuriyapar industrial area can be more useful to entrepreneurs due to better connection. The proposed master plan of the Dhuriary industrial area is developed in 6,876.68 hectares area notified in 17 towns of Gola Tehsil, industrial plot contains 32.15 percent and green land 16.5 percent, which is much higher than the standards. The Master Plan contains the commercial sector 3.57 percent, population area 4.60 percent, residential land 10.34 percent, rural population area 7.55 percent. Officials said that along with the application process for the approval of the environment, for which land is obtained, so far obtained by paying about 500 crore calls. Three major businesses have proposed investments in the Dhuriyapar industrial area. Ethanol Manufacturing Company Kian Diallery Private Limited proposed an investment of Rs 4.200 crore on 180 hectares, Adaani Group (Ambuja cement) suggested that Rs 1.500 crore on 65 hectares of land and Shri Cement proposed an investment of Rs 800 crore on 50 hectares. Many changes in the master plan have been proposed by Minister Nandi.
