Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s unusual hand gesture during a recent virtual event attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, a political drive argued with opposition that raises questions about the ‘mental health’ of Janata Dal United and the ‘ability’ to manage the government.
