Bogor – A video of a man carrying an air rifle and dispersing a group of teenagers in Kemang District, Bogor, West Java is making the rounds on social media. The figure was seen holding an air rifle as he asked the teenagers to disperse. In the video seen on Tuesday (21/10/2025), the man was seen brandishing the air rifle he was carrying. The incident itself took place on Sunday (19/10) in the early hours of the morning. At that stage, the man happened to pass by the scene. He then dispersed the group of teenagers who had gathered. Scroll TO CONTINUE CONTENT Confirming, Kemang Police Chief Commissioner Taufik said that the man in the video was a bird hunter. The man was on his way home after hunting birds. “He was carrying an air rifle after hunting birds. So he was disbanded, he happened to be carrying an air rifle after hunting,” Taufik said. The teenagers grouped together and wandered around the place. The man with the air rifle then dispersed them because they thought they were going to fight. “They were in a group going back and forth, maybe that’s what it was (suspected they were going to fight),” he explained. After the man with the air rifle dispersed, Taufik continued, the group of teenagers immediately dispersed in disarray. (rdh/yangs)
