Jakarta -MPR RI -Chairman Eddy Soparno met the Vice President of the Department of Government Affairs of Huawei Technologies Wang on campus/headquarters Huawei. This meeting was held amid the latest US government policy that increased rates for goods from China to 245 percent. As for his visit to Huawei, Eddy explained the mastery of telecommunications and artificial intelligence (AI) technology to be owned by Indonesia. “Indonesian and Chinese collaboration can still be developed from trading to information, technology and information, especially AI that is increasingly playing a role in different activities. I think Huawei is also committed to working with stakeholders and policy makers in Indonesia,” he said.
