A day before, a young man, who reached the Anandpuri police station to file a complaint with a constable near Baradevi Chaudi, attacked the policemen and broke it by hitting his head on a glass on the table. In this attack, the right thumb was cut off from the glass inspector, while the constable was injured. On the charge of the inspector, police registered a report against the accused in various divisions, including attempted murder. According to the information received, Constable Sipu Singh Chauhan, who was placed in the police line, went to dinner with a family member at a Dhaba in Kidwai Nagar on Monday night. As he parked the bike there, the constable pushed and stood the constable the female friend of Pradyuman alias Vijay Tiwari, resident of Anandpuri. This led to an argument and assault between the two. The people present at the scene intervened and stacked the dispute and both sides left the scene.
