Jakarta – Health services are the basic rights of every citizen. In Jakarta, the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) is the most important basis of the lower middle class to obtain affordable health services. However, despite having an important role, services in the regional hospital still have different shortcomings that affect the quality of the services the community receives. DKI Jakarta DPRD member of the PDI Perjuangan faction, Hardiyanto Kenneth assessed that the services in the regional hospital were not fully maximized. According to him, there are two problems underlying, namely the poor management of hospital management to patients and a lack of human resources (HR), such as medical staff dealing with treatment.
