In response to America, China also hit tariff

Trump’s statement came after the announcement of China, in which Beijing has spoken of imposing 34% counter -tariff on all the goods imported from the US since April 10. This step has been taken by Trump in response to the decision to impose 34% additional tariffs on goods coming from China.

China’s State Council Tariff Commission sharply criticized the US decision, calling it a ‘unilateral pressure’ action. The Commission said that it is a violation of international trade rules and causes serious damage to China’s legitimate interests.
