On this occasion, Yassierli also referred to a number of strategic employment issues, including the protection of digital platform -based workers, strengthening the Tripartit Cooperation Institution (LKS) as a social dialogue for workers, employers and government. Then enforce employment norms to prevent offenses, including unilateral layoffs, as well as improving occupational safety and health (K3). “The state must be present to ensure the protection of workers. There are many challenges, ranging from unilateral discharge, platform workers, to K3. But it is a mandate that we should run together,” he said.
