Western -bengale: Iit Kharagpur student dies, body brought to Midnapore Medical College for postmortem

Midnapore Nagar, September 21 (IANS). Harsh Kumar Pandey, a first PhD student in Mechanical Engineering in IIT Kharagpur, was mysteriously dead on Saturday afternoon. Now the body was taken to Midnapore Medical College and Hospital for Post -Mortem. The father of the deceased appealed to conduct a thorough investigation into the matter. The hard Kumar Pandey’s house is in Jharkhand. Outspost police spent around 2pm on Saturday afternoon at about 2pm under the Kharagpur Town police station at about 2pm. Harsha’s body was found hanging from Ambedkar Hall. According to hospital sources, the process of post -mortem with videography will be completed in the presence of the magistrate to accurately detect the cause of death. The father of the deceased, Dr. Manoj Kumar Pandey, while talking to reporters, said he did not know the exact reason for his son’s death. He said: “We have not yet understood how hard died. We have no complaint against anyone. ‘ Police have started a thorough investigation into the case. Kharagpur Town police officers are investigating the entire case and investigating all possible aspects. This incident is the sixth incident of this year in IIT Kharagpur, in which a student died. Earlier, five other students died as a result of the loop. At the same time, Chandradeeep Pawar, a second annual electrical engineering student, a resident of Chhindwara in Madhya Pradesh, died on July 21 for drugs in his neck. These incidents raised serious questions about mental health and safety in the institute. Local people and student community are shocked by this incident.
