Jakarta – The Ministry of Public Works (Kemen Pu) has reviewed the reliability of the building at Lirboyo Islamic Boarding School (Ponpes), Kediri City, East Java. What were the results? There is just a little reinforcement that needs to be done, especially on the walls. We also offer direct recommendations to the builders and students who supervise the construction,” the director -general of human settlements at the Ministry of Public Works, Dewi Chomistriana, said, as reported by Detikjatim, Friday (10/10/2025). He said there are 42 thousand Islamic residences in Indonesia that were the object of audits, and it will be performed in phases. “Hopefully, this help can improve the quality of developing at the Lirboyo Islamic boarding school. We will help at every stage, so the results are stronger and safer,” he added. Audits are carried out on Islamic residences under construction and those already established.
