What did Bihar get from 11 years of NDA rule at the Centre: Mrityunjay Tiwari

Patna, October 21 (IANS). Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) spokesperson Mrityunjay Tiwari claimed that the people of Bihar will form the next government under the leadership of Tejashwi Yadav. This time the departure of the twin-engine government is certain. While talking to IANS, he strongly attacked Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and the NDA government. He said Nitish Kumar was in power for the last 20 years and held the post of Chief Minister for a long time, while the BJP-led NDA government at the Center has been in power for 11 years. Tiwari raised the question, what has Bihar gained in so many years? Why is unemployment, poverty, inflation and migration increasing in the state? The public will now demand an accounting of every penny. RJD spokesperson Mrityunjay Tiwari said that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is going under the public but the public is angry with him and demanding answers. Nitish Kumar cannot answer to the people of Bihar. The Grand Alliance will contest the elections with full force and will win. Reacting to the allegations made by Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), Tiwari said if the ticket is not given, allegations and counter-allegations are made but everyone should understand the ground reality. He said that the Grand Alliance is very strong and the eyes of the country and the world are on the Bihar assembly elections. Tiwari claimed that if we win the Bihar elections, the countdown will start for the NDA government at the Centre. The cooperation of all allies is necessary in this great struggle. Throwing light on the role of Tejashwi Yadav, he said that Tejashwi Yadav is taking care of all the allies. Along with this, Tiwari described Jan Suraj Party as the B team of BJP. Bihar assembly elections will be held in two phases. Tiwari expressed confidence that the Grand Alliance will unite and fight strongly in this election and get the support of the public. –IANS DKM/VC Share this story Tags
