Residents of Cilegon found babies lying in the garden investigated police

Cilegon – A baby girl was found on a banana leaf in Cikebel, Cilegon. The baby was found by residents when they were about to play kites. The baby girl was found at about 3pm on Saturday (5/17). The baby was first discovered by a teenager who was about to play a kite and hear the sound of the baby’s cry on the side of the Cikebel road. “Initially on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at about 3pm Wib Witness Khairul Rohman will play kites when he arrives at the scene and hears a baby’s voice,” Merak Compoly Ambarita police said when he was confirmed, Sunday (5/18/2025). Police said the baby found in a cold condition or hypothermia. “Babies if they are found to have hypothermia and are still in the incubator (warmer) until the baby’s health is stable,” he said. Police are currently conducting another investigation related to the discovery of the baby. Officers questioned the testimony of several witnesses about the discovery of the baby allegedly discarded by irresponsible people. “Currently, the joint investigation into the Pulomerak police station and Cilegon police and the PPA unit (women’s protection) is,” he said.
