Wheat prices rise after Taiwan promised to buy from America
The future wheat contracts increased after the decline in the previous trading session, after signing an intention to promise a company from Taiwan to buy 3.6 million tonnes of grains from the United States during the next three years. Taiwan is one of the largest US wheat markets, and the value of the agreement signed by the Taiwan Flour Milles Association is estimated at $ 1.3 billion between 2026 and 2029. Asian efforts to end Trump represent this agreement the latest agreement to buy US agricultural products during President Donald Trump. The future wheat contracts on the Chicago Stock Exchange rose 0.2%and registered $ 5.295 per Boshl at 12:15 Singapore time. In terms of soybean and wheat bean contracts, they decreased slightly.
